This discipline emphasizes maintaining balance and building awareness of your body and mind constitution as well as exploring your body’s unique needs. It is a great preventative health measure as well as complements medical treatment for chronic conditions.

I offer support in the following areas:
- Establishing ayurvedic self care routines to help to reduce stress, improve digestion and sleep
-Coaching on Ayurvedic food choices based on body type and season as well as mindful eating habits
- Aiding in the implementation of wellness practices such as meditation, body yantra and yoga practices to support self care, stress reduction and overall wellness.

Ayurveda is all about achieving balance through opposite qualities. It also recommends seasonal eating as well as eating in regard to your body's constitutional balance
Learn Movement & Breathwork
Appropriate exercise for your body type is essential for reducing stress and is one of the major aspects of Ayurvedic health. It's amazing how much stress can take a toll on your body and mind. Movement to work to balance the body's energetics in relation to imbalances in the body will also be addressed
Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching

Initial Consultation- 1 hour 30 minutes
The first session in your journey is spent diving deep into your history, challenges and goals that you want to work on during your wellness journey. During this session we will go through your pre-filled out intake form and determine your body constitution and imbalances. From these findings, I will design an individualized plan to support your wellness goals.
Follow-up Sessions - 1 hour
After we meet for the initial consultation, we meet again to check in on your progress and find aspects that could use further support. Since it is an individualized journey we are always making changes to best support you and help you reach your long-term goals. Packages available!
Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching + Bodywork -1 hour 30 min
Implementing lifestyle changes as part of Ayurvedic Wellness coaching can be a challenge. By having a bodywork session along with a coaching session can be a support for greater transformation. For those who already come for Reflexology/Reiki Sessions regularly, this is a great way to learn new tools & techniques to up level your health and wellness. One hour of body work and 30 min of coaching included
