Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT)/Lee Albert Protocol  is a gentle, hands-on approach that addresses the root causes of muscular pain and chronic tension. Many of the aches and imbalances we experience are the result of repetitive movements, poor posture, and stress—pulling our bodies out of alignment over time.

Through a combination of precise positioning, gentle stretching, and press-and-release techniques, IPT helps to “reset” chronically tight or overstretched muscles, relieving strain and restoring balance in the body.
