Elizabeth is an avid runner, traveler and reader. She spent the first half of her 20s living in Madrid and Sevilla, Spain. Elizabeth is fluent in Spanish and enjoys sharing with others the very awesome aspects of Spanish culture. She loves learning something new and is always working on a new project, technique or modality to add to her tool box.
Elizabeth is a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki III practitioner. She has taken classes both with an Independent Reiki School (Present Moment Reiki) in Newport, RI (2018) and has taken an advanced course in Usui/Holy Fire Reiki at All That Matters in Wakefield, RI (2019). She was first drawn to Reiki after having to overcome sudden health issues. Elizabeth was motivated by her mentor to find ways to help herself through her health struggles. She now uses this same simple but very important advice to empower others.
Through her journey to restore her health, Elizabeth decided that she wanted to share her experience with energy and bodywork with others. After taking several Reiki courses, She decided to learn the art of Reflexology to enhance the services she could offer to others. In August 2018, she earned her Integrative Reflexology Certification. Elizabeth's sessions are truly unique as she integrates different techniques that restore harmony and balance to the mind, body and spirit.
