Reset & Recharge Restorative Yoga & Reiki

Relax, reset & recharge before the holidays. This time of the year can start to get very busy, so why not take a moment for yourself? This grounding class will include relaxing poses & breathwork as well as a Holy Fire Healing Experience to close the practice.

Relax & Restore Night 

Sunday, December 4th 4:00pm -6:00pm 

Format: Hybrid (In Person & Virtual)

Investment: $35

Come experience a night of physical, mental, emotional & energetic restoration during the holiday season. First, We will be working with the melt method to reconnect, rebalance, rehydrate and release fascia, our connective tissue, to help relieve stress as well as prevent & relieve chronic pain. We will move on to a supportive yin practice followed by a Holy Fire healing experience.There will be time for reflection and integration after the experience. There are only 8 spots available in person! If you would like to join via Zoom, you will need to borrow or buy a melt soft ball from me prior to the experience. 

Beginner Qigong 

Monday, December 12th 6:00pm-7:00pm

Format: Hybrid (In person & virtual) 

Investment: $25 

Practiced for thousands of years in China, Qigong is one of the four pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which include Herbs and Dietary Regulation, Acupuncture and Moxibustion, and Chinese Massage.  The exercises combine movement, mental focus, and breath regulation that act together to direct the flow of qi (vital energy). 

Regular Qigong practice can result in:

• Lowered stress and anxiety while increasing mental focus

• Improved balance and flexibility 

• Prevention of disease and improvement to overall health

• Creation of a calm mental and emotional state

• Increased supply and flow of energy throughout the bo
